Energy

Energy

With this sculpture I took part at a competition that was tendered by The Linde Group, Munich. I made the 2nd place out of 70 applicants. Originally I wanted to sculpt "energy" in highly polished stainless steel in the dimensions of 6 x 3 m. It represents energy by symbolizing the four elements - water, earth, air and fire. The larger end should be placed in water, the narrow end on the earth. The fire on the surface is caused by the reflection. Viewed from above, the body of a lying nude woman appears.
